It seems like everywhere you look, there’s a new pill or medicine that
will ?instantly cure’ your sickness, disease or health issue.  And
while taking a pill to cure what ails you might be convenient and
simple, maybe it’s really time to sit down and take a good, long look
at what you’re feeding your body, or as it might be, not feeding your
body.

Yellow diamonds are colored because of the impurities that are trapped inside diamonds when they are created.  If a few of the millions of carbon atoms have been replaced by nitrogen atoms, then structure of the diamond will not be significantly altered but the clarity will be changed.  The amount of color displayed is dependent on the amount of nitrogen involved.

This article discusses house design and the change in family culture that has relegated the dining room to a relic of the past. 

As I go about my everyday wanderings throughout my home I can’t help but notice how little my formal dining room is used for its intended purpose.  Instead it seems to be used more as a temporary storage area for school books, and folded laundry that is destined for the upstairs bedrooms.

Deep Breathing Two to three deep breaths are taken for immediate release of tension. For deepr relaxation, seven to eight breaths are recommended. This is deep, abdominal breathing, and light-headedness can occur if you get up too quickly afterward.
