The game is also popular in its land-based environment. People love to play bingo because they find it to be a lot of fun. Mace was originally invented by Lake Erie in 1962. He called it chemical mace. But today it is popular with the name of Mace spray. Mace is generally a tear gas which contains volatile solvents. But now a days capsicum oleoresin is also used as one of its main constituent. The effect of Mace differs on humans. If the skin of attacker comes in contact with the spray he feels burning sensation. If it falls in the eyes the eyes gets close because of intense pain. The effect lasts from thirty to forty five minutes depending upon the immunity of the person. Generally the effect on druggers and drunkers is less intensed.
Getting back to the natural way of eating is the key to maintaining ideal weight. In the early 1990’s the advice given to fight the obesity epidemic was to eat a low-fat diet. It sounded good ? it made sense - so many people went low-fat or attempted to eat fat -free (which is totally impossible, by the way). The grocery stores filled up with low-fat and fat-free processed foods. Now the evidence is showing that a low-fat diet for weight loss or prevention of diseases just doesn’t work. |
